Yeah, time-travel is possible:
1)Starting from Albert Einsteins relativity theory, if you launch a rocket into space that travels at the speed of light (or faster) the rocket's time actually runs slower than the one on earth. (Space-time deformatiom)
Conclusion: If you are fast enough you can beat even time.
2)Crionization: You freeze people in specially designed containers so that they will automaticly be defrozen at a specific point in time.
Question: Do paralell worlds exist?

Al, just because you're stating someones theory that has never been totally proven does not prove that kind of time travel (although Einstein was smart as fucking hell).
If someone is frozen they do not time travel any faster or slower than anyone else on this planet.

Well it is worth to try. Einstein's theory has not been proven on humans because there are no rockets that fly at the speed of time or faster. Certain photons can travel faster than the speed of light here on earth.
One more thing about Einstein:As far as i know he had pretty low marks in math when he was a pupil. His discoveries were probably based on revelations.
No, from the peoples who will be frozen point of view they will wake up in another time period without having any memories from the frosen period.
-their aging process will freeze;
-they will probably have no dreams (dreams are generated by the brain that will freeze too)
-they might be even 1000 years old but their biological clock will be set for the age they had
when they were frozen.
Of coures that all of this is today experimental but tomorrow it might be a part of reality.
I belive that one way or the other time travel will
be possible if it is not today.
BTW, DR, try answering my question.

On your question...
I dont know your definition of them, but of what I know... I dont know really. You cant know. If you cant even know where you came from or if our world even exists period, how would you go about identifing "parellel worlds"?

You could identify the world of dreams as a paralell world.

I would also identify the World of Ideas (as described by Plato) as a parallel world if you wish.

the thing about dreams is that they may "feel" real but its just the mind... the mind is what runs everything we feel, if the mind thinks the body died it happens i dont think that dreams could be a parallel world at all
